Homeroom teachers,

I requested that this email and attached document go out through NCS communications. Also, I am sending it to you via email. We need 12 volunteers for the day to help package classroom hot dog orders. Volunteers should be able to sign up at the following link on Sign Up Genius:

We have received a school wide donation of hot dogs, ketchup, and mustard. The only items I am seeking for donation are hot dog buns, foil roaster pans, charcoal, food safe gloves, chips and freezer pops. I ask that each homeroom class hold onto their donations with the exception of hot dog buns, roaster pans, charcoal, and gloves. Please send all buns, roaster pans, charcoal, and gloves to me. All other donations (chips, freezer pops, or any other food that you want to have included in your class' field day picnic) should be kept in your homeroom.
